GH BIKE PREP TIPS
1. Clean and power wash. Use exhaust bung and wash air filter.
2. Remove front wheel, check pads and wheel bearings.
3. Check fork seals and steering head bearings.
4. Check levers are smooth and throttle is smooth.
5. Check and top up coolant. Check coolant pipes are tight and there are no leaks.
6. Clean and grease foot pegs.
7. Check linkage is well lubes and i smoving freely. No bearling play.
8. Check condition of the chain sprockets. Adjust and lube.
9. Check rear spokes, sprocket bolts and rear disc pads. Remove wheel and grease spindle.
10. Complete nut and bolt check, front to back.
11. Check tyre conditions ( missing knobbles, etc)
12. Check oil and filter for 4 strokes or gear oil for 2 strokes. Don't forget to put drain bolts in and do not over tighten.
